1. Refunds and Cancellations:

   • Full refunds are not available for courses or workshops, regardless of the reason.

   • A partial refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be provided up to 7 days prior to the course start date.

   • A 50% refund is applicable during the week preceding the course start date.

   • Please refrain from enrolling unless you are committed to attending, as last-minute withdrawals impact other potential participants. Courses require a minimum of 3 participants to proceed; hence, refunds cannot be granted for unutilized spots.

2. Attendance and Make-Up Sessions:

   • Students are entitled to one make-up session per course, provided they are absent due to illness or unavoidable circumstances.

   • Make-up sessions must be completed before the conclusion of the course and prior to the bisque firing of class items. Failure to attend the final session will result in the instructor dip-glazing the student's pieces, unless alternative arrangements are made beforehand.

3. Instructor Cancellations:

   • In the event of instructor illness or emergency, a replacement session will be added to the course schedule.

   • The instructor commits to attending 6 sessions of the class. No make-up sessions will be scheduled after the course has concluded.
